Absentee ballots can now be cast in North Dakota

CASS COUNTY, ND — You can now cast an absentee ballot for the November general election in North Dakota.

You don’t need a special reason to receive a ballot, but must request one and confirm your identity before you can vote via absentee. All ballots need to be returned by November 4th, one day before the election. Some counties also began early in-person voting yesterday, while others start later or do not offer early voting. Check the state’s website for more information.

In Cass County, early voting is October 29 through November 2.

The locations are:

  • Cass County Courthouse.
  • FargoDome (Tuesday – Friday only)
  • Fargo North High School (Saturday only)
  • Northview Church, 3401 25th St S, Fargo
  • Ramada
  • Hartl Ag Building RRVF
  • Casselton Days Inn

Absentee ballots must be returned or mailed to the Cass County Courthouse to be postmarked by November 4th in order for the vote to be counted. Early in-person voting begins on October 29th.
