HORACE, ND – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting in Horace. Deputies were called to a home around 7:30 p.m. Sunday on a report of a person suffering from a gunshot wound that was alleged to be self-inflicted. The individual was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
The Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the shooting, but says at this point, there is no reason to believe the incident poses any safety risk to the public.
