Man and woman arrested after running from Fargo Police

(Fargo, ND) —  Two people face multiple charges after Fargo police say they ran from officers.

It happened on Tuesday, when police responded to a possible domestic dispute near 16th Avenue South, where officers saw a man and woman loading items into a truck.

Police say the pair got into the truck and drove away, and pursuing officers soon noticed the truck had stolen license plates.

The pursuit continued until the man jumped out and ran, and the two were arrested and identified as Steve Langston and Linda Poitra a short time later.

Langston faces charges of possession of stolen property, refusal to halt, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under suspension, while Poitra faces a drug paraphernalia charge.
