(Fargo, ND) — A Sun Country Airlines flight took off from Hector International Airport this morning and was forced to return a short time later.
According to Katherine Fearing, with Flint Group, the airplane hit a bird with the nose of the plane. As a precaution, individuals on the flight were escorted off.
The jet center mechanic is currently checking over the plane for safety, but the flight should re-takeoff sometime this afternoon.
