Homeless camps are being cleared out today. The City of Fargo is in the process of clearing out homeless camps throughout the city in an effort to enforce a new city ordinance. The new ordinance, which was passed by the council a couple of weeks ago, prohibits camping on city property unless otherwise noted. The city says that most of those violating the law have already moved. Police say those who resist will be arrested.
