(WASHINGTON, DC) — Former North Dakota Water Resources Director Andrea Travnicek may be heading to Washington, DC.
The Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources says it has received a nomination for Travnicek to be an Assistant Secretary of the Interior from President Donald Trump. If confirmed by the Senate, Travnicek would serve under her former boss, former North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum.
There’s no word on when the committee may take action on Travnicek’s nomination.
