FARGO, N.D. – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office starts a Sheriff’s Quick Response Team that will get additional monthly training and equipment.
This will be done to better prepare them to respond to multi-location coordinated attacks, mass casualty events, active shooters, barricaded subjects, hostage rescue and high-risk incident planning.
The Sheriff’s Office says the team will increase response times in high risk situations and the goal is to have it operational in the next two months.
