Wolves fall short against Kings

(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Timberwolves are on a two-game losing streak following a 116-114 loss to the Sacramento Kings at the Target Center. The Wolves trailed by three with the ball in the final six seconds of regulation, but Jaden McDaniels couldn’t corral an inbound pass and turned the ball over to Sacramento.

Naz Reid had 30 points in the losing effort. Jaden McDaniels added 22 points followed by Anthony Edwards’ 21 points. Rudy Gobert chipped in 19 points and 13 rebounds.

Minnesota remains in seventh place in the Western Conference at 27-23. The Wolves host the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday night.
