GRAND FORKS, N.D. – Grand Forks Mayor Brandon Bochenski swears in Jason Freedman as the chief of the Grand Forks Police Department.
Freedman has been in law enforcement for 27 years. He most recently was a captain with the Madison Police Department and SWAT Commander.
Freedman thanked his wife for decades of support and for his new colleagues in the police and fire departments and city employees.
