(St. Paul, MN) — The Minnesota Wild couldn’t get the puck past Karel Vejmelka during a 4-0 loss to the Utah Hockey Club at the Xcel Energy Center.
Kirill Kaprizov and Jared Spurgeon both returned to the ice for the Wild but weren’t able to make a big impact in their first games back from injuries. Filip Gustavsson made 25 saves in the losing effort. The Wild remain in second place in the Central Division with 60 points and a 28-16-4 record.
Minnesota will host Calgary on Saturday night at 6 p.m.
