(TRAILL COUNTY, ND) – A 39-year-old Minot woman is dead and a 74-year-old man from Kenmare has life-threatening injuries after a crash on I-29 in Traill County.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a 2001 Honda CRV was northbound on I-29 when the male driver lost control on icy road surfaces, entered the east ditch and overturned. Both occupants were ejected from the vehicle.
The woman was pronounced dead on scene, and the male was transported by helicopter to Sanford Hospital in Fargo.
The crash remains under investigation.
