(FARGO, ND) — Fargo City Commissioners will hear from the City of Fargo’s Human Resources Department about recent exit interviews.
City Commissioner and Deputy Mayor Denise Kolpack is requesting the City discuss an overview of the exit interview process, including steps that would be taken should any corrective measures need to be implemented. She also asked to learn how information derived from the exit interviews are shared with respective department managers.
