Her committees will have jurisdiction over items that relate to national energy policy, energy infrastructure and security, energy related Agencies and Commissions, and all laws, programs, and government activities affecting energy; soil, air, noise, and water contamination, as well as emergency environmental response; and emergency and public safety communications, cybersecurity, privacy, and data security.
