(FARGO, ND) – The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the victim of a hit-and-run crash yesterday in south Fargo.
The Patrol says 36-year-old Robyn Krause, of Fargo, was crossing 38th Street South at 53rd Avenue South when she was struck by a 2022 Dodge Charger, driven by 23-year-old Alex Cruz, of Fargo.
Cruz did not stop and fled the scene.
Krause died at a Fargo hospital.
Cruz is facing charges for felony leaving the scene of a fatal crash, and is being held at the Cass County Jail.
