(FARGO, ND) – Four Fargo businesses admitted to the sale of tobacco products to individuals under the age of 21 at their establishment during tobacco compliance checks performed on November 15, 2024.
The admissions came at compliance check hearings last Friday.
Three businesses received a one-year probation and $500 administrative fee. Casey’s General Store, located at 301 10th Street North, received a three-day suspension of their tobacco license and a $500 administrative fee. The suspension is in effect through Thursday at 10 a.m.
