GRAND FORKS, N.D. – A Grand Forks daycare provider pleads not guilty to felony child abuse charges.
Court documents say 22-year-old Jarae Grad can be seen on video slamming a child under the age of six to the ground at Hopeful Beginnings at the Grand Cities Mall. She allegedly told investigators she was frustrated and mad.
