(FARGO, ND) — Fargo Police say a man working in a manhole in a parking lot suffered minor injuries in an incident Wednesday.
Police responded to the 3800 block of Main Avenue just after noon Wednesday and learned that a vehicle that was backing out of a parking space accidently struck an individual working in a manhole in the parking lot.
No citations have been issued.
