WEST FARGO, N.D. – An electrical contractor in West Fargo is using its own in-house educational program to tackle the electrician shortage.
Magnum Electric’s program, PowerHouse, launched in August after application rates for electricians significantly fell during the COVID pandemic.
Program director and instructor Christian Opp says it allows the company to be more adaptive and help a new generation learn the trade.
