GRAND FORKS, N.D. – A man is in custody in Grand Forks after barricading himself in a home and threatening to harm himself.
Police answered a call on the 500 block of Cherry Street Monday about a man making comments about hurting himself. Officers and the Regional SWAT team were trying to get the man who had a knife to surrender. After some time police deployed a diversionary device and a chemical agent to flush the man out.
