(FARGO, ND) – Multiple sources are reporting that former North Dakota state legislator Ray Holmberg is now in the custody of the United States Marshal’s Service. The legislator was set to turn himself into authorities on Friday.
It’s unclear where he will be jailed. He’s accused of traveling to the Czech Republic to have sex with underage children.
