Red flag warnings have been issued within the eastern half of North Dakota, and almost all of Minnesota and areas southward into the central United States. Fire conditions reach very high to extreme values today as relative humidity values drop to the teens to nearly twenty percent along with warm temperatures and southerly winds between 20-40+ mph.
