The former mayor of Mapleton, North Dakota has been sentenced for felony criminal vehicular operation. Andrew Steven Draeger will serve at least 90 days in jail, 70 days house arrest, fined $1000, and will pay $85 in court costs. Draeger was convicted of crashing a truck into some trees at the Detroit Mountain Recreation Area that injured a woman in the truck.
