MOORHEAD, MN — Taxes are going up in Moorhead.
The City Council voted to an increase to the tax levy on Monday. The tax levy will be $24.2 million, an increase of $3.1 million from last year. This move by the city council is expected to raise the property tax rate by just under 5% at 4.9%.
The final budget will be adopted in December.
