(FARGO) — Fargo Police have identified the victim in Saturday morning’s homicide. Police say 25-year-old Jalab Moses was shot and killed by Tyreik Taylor-Roberts in the 1300 block of 8th Avenue North. Taylor-Roberts and Moses were known to each other and were involved in a verbal altercation prior to the shooting. Tyreik Taylor-Roberts was arrested for murder. Police continue to investigate.
