A man is behind bars, accused of stealing more than $200,000 worth of Amazon packages and storing them in South Dakota. According to court documents, 41-year-old Neil Erickson was arrested for a stolen trailer in Baltic in June. Authorities then connected him further to a stolen semi pulling an Amazon trailer that was supposed to go from Las Vegas to Texas but never arrived. Investigators say Erickson rented a few storage units in the Baltic area and they found nearly 3,700 unopened Amazon packages. He is charged with grand theft. More arrests are possible in the case.
