BISMARCK, ND — ND Vision Zero says 6,015 people faced speeding citations between July 1st and August 15th this year.
This is according to the totals collected during the Slowing Speeds You Down enforcement campaign. Data from Vision Zero shows 3% of fatal crashes involved speeding or aggressive driving. During the enforcement campaign, a total of 6,781 citations were made throughout the patrols; consisting of generic traffic citations, suspended license violations, seat belt violations, drug arrests, DUI’s and more.
