ND Highway Patrol cites speeding as the biggest contributor to vehicle crashes in the state

WDAY RADIO — Data shows that speeding is the leading factor when it comes to crashes on North Dakota roads.

The data is from the North Dakota Highway Patrol, who are reminding drivers to ease off the gas pedal while behind the wheel. Troopers say the top three reasons for speeding they hear from drivers are that they’re feeling tired, are running late, or have to use the bathroom.
