Blizzard Warning Until 6:00 pm

Blizzard conditions are ongoing within the valley. A Blizzard warning has been issued until 6:00 pm.
Snow will wind down this morning leaving behind just a chance for a snow shower this afternoon, but windy conditions will remain through the afternoon. North winds will remain between 20-40 mph with gusts higher at times will create blowing and drifting snow through the afternoon with areas of drastically reduced visibility. Heaviest snowfall reports are coming in between a triangle from Jamestown to Grand Forks, and Fargo, as well as points northeast of that with 6-9 inches of snow and localized areas pushing close to a foot.

Expect slowly improving conditions today with wind chills between 10 and 25 below zero. Dangerous wind chills as low as -30 will occur tonight as winds lighten up and temperatures drop into the single digits and teens below zero.

Road conditions are partially or completely snow-covered/ drifted over. Travel is not advised!
