FMWF Chamber to host Midwest Energy Summit

(Fargo, ND) — The Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo Chamber will be hosting the Midwest Energy Summit this Wednesday in Fargo.

The Chamber, along with 31 other co-hosting chambers and associations across the Upper Midwest, will be held in person at the Delta by Marriott in Fargo, along with being livestreamed.

According to the Chamber, representatives and executives from organizations like Delta Air Lines, BNSF Railway, Summit Carbon Soultions and the Office of Clean Energy Demostrations will provide in-depth presentations and conversations with attendees to further their understanding of the energy sector’s “major impact and affected industries.”

Christopher Guith, Senior Vice President of the US Chamber Global Energy Institute, and Charles Gorecki, CEO of UND’s Energy and Environmental Research Center, will provide in-person keynote addresses, while Douglas Schultz, CEO of the Office of Clean Energy Demonstration, will provide a virtual keynote address.

Two expert panels will also take place, with one being moderated by North Dakota Lieutenant Governor Tammy Miller.
