(GRAND FORKS, ND) – Grand Forks Police are releasing the results of recent tobacco compliance checks.
The Police Department says the checks are completed using area under-age buyers who enter tobacco-selling products. They’re supervised by police officers and attempt to buy tobacco products by not concealing their actual age.
A total of 19 businesses were checked, with four failures. The businesses who failed were TA Express, Cenex, Hugo’s Wine and Spirits and Pluto’s.
