Police respond to reported gunshots near a North Fargo liquor store

FARGO, N.D. – Fargo Police say they couldn’t find any evidence of guns being fired in North Fargo after a two hour search.

Officers responded to the Stamart Liquor Mart on the 3200 block of 12th Avenue North around 1:45 Wednesday afternoon. A police spokesperson says the public should not be concerned about a safety risk.

A picture sent to Flag Family News from a listener shows eight squad cars parked at the liquor store. An employee says they saw officers searching the area with guns drawn and police didn’t notify him of anything about the investigation.
