BENSON COUNTY, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A man is facing charges for allegedly exposing himself last month at Maddock City Hall.
Leo Walker appeared in court on Monday. He’s charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and drug-related charges in Benson County.
A city employee says she asked Walker to leave multiple times back in March. She says he exposed himself before leaving the building.
The incident was caught on camera.
The employee says they’ve started locking the doors during the day out of caution.
