(ST. PAUL, MINN) – Minnesota Senate Republicans are releasing their ‘Student First’ plan.
The plan calls for a refocusing of the state’s K-12 education system by prioritizing school safety, parental involvement and the waiver of costly and unfunded mandates. The only caveat is mandates that would compromise financial accountability or student safety would be required to continue.
