(WASHINGTON, DC) – While in town celebrating the North Dakota State Bison’s 10th FCS National Championship, North Dakota Governor Kelly Armstrong had an opportunity to visit with President Donald J. Trump.
The two discussed the executive orders Trump signed in relation to coal and energy stability. Armstrong urged Trump to continue to support policies that support energy dominance and enhanced oil recovery.
“North Dakota stands ready to partner with the Trump administration to roll back regulations and reset the national narrative on dispatchable energy from coal and natural gas to ensure that all Americans have access to reliable, affordable electricity,” Armstrong said.
Armstrong also met with North Dakota’s congressional delegation as a part of the trip.
