(Eagan, MN) — Harrison Smith is sticking around. The Vikings safety announced yesterday that he plans to return to team for his 14th season.
Minnesota inked Smith to a one-year deal worth $10 million (up to $14 million with incentives). Smith has been with the Purple for his entire career after being drafted in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft. The future Hall of Famer made 87 tackles, picked off three passes, and recorded one sack in 16 games last year.
